Upon receiving my Masters Degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University I Have worked for a couple of Large manufacturing Companies located in North East Florida and here in Central Florida.

After purchasing our home in the Villages and observing the home inspection, I had an idea . Speaking with several real state agents and the need for truthfulness, personable home inspectors. Spot On Property Inspections was brought to life.
